Parkhill is a multidisciplinary firm that provides comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for a multitude of projects in the municipal, commercial, and institutional sectors. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Your role at Parkhill is to manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities. In conjunction with the Marketing Team, you take a lead role in development of proposals and presentations in pursuit of new opportunities. Your exceptional communication skills assist you in developing successful relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors. You monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with Parkhill’s leadership to discuss strategy. For key clients, you continue beyond Business Development and serve as a Client Manager were you are responsible for leading projects focused on communication and organization as you serve in the pivotal roll of connecting our clients to our technical staff. QUALIFICATIONS

  1. At least 3-5 years of Business Development experience with the municipality & private sector.
  2. Successful track record of B2B sale.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
