Marketing Coordinator (Any established Parkhill office)

Lubbock, Midland, Austin, Frisco, Arlington, Amarillo, Abilene, TX

Parkhill is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with previous experience working for an Architecture or Engineering firm. The Marketing Coordinator works as a part of the Marketing team with firm leadership, subject matter experts (SME) and other consulting firms. Primary duties include coordinating, developing and producing proposals and other marketing materials, generating ideas, authoring and editing written content, outbound campaigns, web copy and social media activities.

Qualifications

• A degree in a related field and/or relevant marketing experience in the AEC industry

• Proposal development & coordination experience

• Proficiency in production software including:

  1.                    Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
  2.                    MS Office

• Experience in CRM and Digital Asset Management

• Graphic design experience preferred

•  Multitask, prioritize and self-manage tasks from start to finish

•  Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

•  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

•  Exceptional writing and communication skills

•  Ability to understand, initiate, write and edit documents on complex topics

•  Innovative in solving problems and finding information

Primary Responsibilities

•  Coordinate proposal development and production

•  Editing for grammar, style, content, and compliance with instructions

•  Participate in QA/QC proposal reviews

•  Coordinate with firm leadership, SME, and other marketing staff

•  Participate in the development of various marketing content - including proposal content, web content, whitepapers, project sheets, resumes, award submittals, brochures, public relations, interview presentations

•  Ensure content is comprehensive, consistent, compelling and client-specific

•  Participate in opportunity identification and tracking activities

•  Assist with general marketing duties, including internal and external marketing meetings, continuing education activities, presentations, etc.
