Your Contribution
- Responsible for the overall success of the project, interfacing with the Client as the representative of the firm on a project and upholding the firm’s mission by balancing inventive and relevant project solutions
- Acts as the key connection between the firm and the client
- Meets, manages, and successfully communicates between the Client and the Project Team during the duration of the contract
- Understands, develops, and maintains the project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget targets to ensure a successful outcome
- Responsible for efficient use of firm resources by controlling project costs and staff and balancing utilization and profitability
- Leads the Project Team to meet or exceed the identified profitability targets
Your Qualifications
- Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas (or eligible to get in Texas through reciprocity)
- 7+ years of transportation design experience
- Proficiency of roadway design software such as Microstation, Geopak or OpenRoads
- Previous employment/experience working with TxDOT preferred
