Project Coordinator
Parkhill is seeking to hire a full-time Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers with project coordination with various tasks and procedures. This is a full-time, non-exempt position paid on an hourly basis.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Your Contribution
- Reviews Prime Agreement and Subcontract Agreements, Scope and Schedule and distributes to PM/PA/PE and others as needed
- Prepares transmittals and letters
- Attends meetings and prepares draft meeting minutes for PM approval
- Organizes and distributes bid/proposal documents
- Prepares and coordinates prime and subcontractor amendments or extensions of contracts
- Assists PM/Owner with Advertisement for Bids
- Coordinates addendum preparation and distribution
- Assists Owner with Contract awards
- Receives, reviews, and processes all incoming construction documentation as necessary under direction of PM
- Receives and coordinates processing of shop drawing submittals and RFI's
- Coordinates preparation and execution of change orders and construction change directives; maintains change order history
- Reviews Certificate of Payments documents and coordinates processing with PM
- Prepares construction contract completion documents
- Prepares and coordinates submittals of forms for authority having jurisdiction such as TAS Reviews, TCEQ and others
- Coordinates and reviews project closeout documentation
- Maintains project information database
- may serve as relief for front desk
Your Qualifications
- High school Diploma
- Two years practical experience with Architectural and Engineering projects
- Must type at least 50 WPM
