Overview

We're seeking a proficient Building Commissioning Agent to take a pivotal role in guaranteeing the seamless execution of our projects through diligent oversight of the commissioning process. The perfect candidate will possess a profound grasp of building systems, exceptional communication abilities, and a fervent dedication to delivering energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. This is a full-time, exempt position paid on a salary basis.

Your Contribution 

  • Lead and coordinate the commissioning process for new construction and renovation projects.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans in collaboration with project teams.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of design documents and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to identify and resolve issues during the construction phase.
  • Perform on-site inspections and functional testing of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls.
  • Generate comprehensive commissioning reports documenting findings, issues, and recommended solutions.
  • Provide training to facility staff on the operation and maintenance of building systems.
  • Stay current on industry standards, codes, and best practices related to commissioning.

Your Qualifications
